Drop shipping

Where speed is of the essence for a product delivery, drop shipping is the answer! If a customer urgently needs a product that you don’t hold in stock, you can have it delivered quickly to their address via our webshop. Simply order the product via the webshop, enter the customer’s address, and all orders placed on a working day before 17:00 CET will be dispatched the same day. We only offer Drop shipping possibilities in the Benelux region.

How drop shipping works

If you want to start using our drop shipping facility, it’s really easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Place the required articles in your empty shopping basket

(Tip: if it already contains other items, remove these temporarily so your shopping basket is empty)

2. Open your shopping basket

3. Under ‘Send to:’ choose the option ‘Drop shipping’

4. Enter your customer’s address

5. Finish the order process as usual

It’s that simple, both for you and for your customer!

The customer receives a package with an adapted packing slip that only contains consumer-related information. Click here for an example of such a packing slip.
