You have a choice of various payment methods to complete your order. We do everything we can to ensure the ordering process is as easy as possible. Take a look at the payment options we offer below. 

Prepay

At Tehava, we offer the option of placing orders by means of various prepay systems. Pay in advance of the order and we will ship your package as soon as possible. We offer different payment methods:

Would you like to pay by iDeal? This option is available if you have an internet account at one of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, SNS Bank, RegioBank or Triodos Bank.

SEPA (direct debit payments)

Looking for a no-fuss payment method? At Tehava, you can pay all your invoices easily by direct debit (SEPA). Are you not using SEPA at Tehava yet? Apply for a SEPA authorisation from us and your bank. Go to the SEPA page for more information.

Paid using iDEAL, no order confirmation received

Have you paid using iDEAL, but are not sure whether the payment has actually gone through? We recommend that you check your bank account. Has the order amount not been deducted from your account? In that case, you can assume we have not received payment. We recommend that you place the order again so we can arrange it for you.

Was the order successful, but you received no order confirmation by email? Processing your order and payment can sometimes take up to an hour after the time of payment. You should therefore keep a close eye on your email. If you have not received confirmation of your order after an hour, please contact our Customer Service department. We will be happy to check if we have received your order. To be sure of a response as quickly as possible, we recommend that you keep your customer number close at hand.

Invoices

Your invoice is your proof of purchase. Invoices are attached to the shipping confirmation emails we send to you. You can also find your invoices in your online account by logging in to My Tehava. Click on the order and you can view, download, and print your invoice.

Delayed payment

Very occasionally, the payment we receive may be delayed. This may mean that your package is shipped later than planned. Of course, we will ensure we ship your order as quickly as possible as soon as we have received payment.
