SEPA direct debit payments
To make things as easy as possible for you, we recommend payment by direct debit, SEPA. If you pay your invoices by direct debit, you can be sure of rapid order processing.
At Tehava, arranging payment by direct debit is very easy. Simply follow the step-by-step plan below.
Complete the SEPA authorisation form
the SEPA authorisation form. Enter the account holder details in block capitals. The authorisation reference is your Tehava customer number, starting with a K. You were issued with this number in the welcome email. Don’t know your customer number? Please contact our Sales Support department on +31 (0)46 475 2100 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be happy to check your customer number. Is all the information correct? Then sign the form.
Register at your bank
You need to have the fully completed and signed form registered by your bank. This bank registration is very important. Without it, we are unable to process SEPA direct debit payments. When registration has been completed, your bank will send you confirmation of your registration.
Send authorisation and registration
Send the fully completed and signed SEPA authorisation and confirmation of registration from your bank to email@example.com or to the Tehava postal address:
