Regarding your privacy, it was not possible for us to adopt the password that you use on the Tehava webshop to our new platform. Therefore, From tomorrow you have to set a new password before you log in to the new webshop.
You can reset your password as follows:
1. Go to www.tehava.com from Tuesday 17 December and click on Login.
2. Click on the "Forgot password" link.
3. Enter the e-mail address you used to log in to tehava.com.
4. You will now receive an e-mail with a link with which you can reset your password (also check the "Spam" mailbox, if you do not receive mail in your Inbox).
5. Click on the link and set a new password.
6. Click Continue.
7. Your password has been successfully set and you can now log in to the new webshop!
Please note, it is possible that the e-mail address to which you receive this e-mail is not the e-mail address that you normally use to log in to tehava.com. Therefore, when changing the password, use the email address that you always use to log in to tehava.com.
