We are convinced that the future of the cycling industry is bright. In order to be prepared for the future, and the increasing complexity of the supply chain and to be able to offer our suppliers and clients an even faster, better and more reliable service in all relationships, we are renewing our entire ERP and CRM system in January 2022. Today we would like to inform you about the most important effects during the transition and implementation phase.
Before we can take our all-round service for you on a completely new level with the new system, we will have some restrictions during the transition period.
We will not be reachable from January 3, 2022 to January 7,2022 due to the closure.
Orders placed from December 31 2021, 12:00 to Janary 10 2022 will be delivered starting from January 11. On January 10, we process all orders until 14:00. These will be shipped the same day. Orders that arrive later will be shipped on January 11. Ordering via linked POS systems like Cyclesoftware, Willmar, Vendit, Adcount or others won't be possible either.
We will do everything in our power to be able to offer you the best possible service even in this transition period and to be fully at your service from January 10th 2022.
