Returns procedure

If you wish to return goods to us for repair or other reasons, please use the dealer portal to register them in the returns procedure. This article will explain the details of the returns procedure.

Procedure

To return goods to us, you must use the returns form in the Tehava dealer portal to register these goods in the returns procedure.
As soon as the service department has received and assessed your registration, you will receive an email with their response.

This email will tell you how to dispatch the products you wish to return. Irrespective of the actual method, your returns must be properly packaged and the returns label we send you must be affixed to the outside.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt when the package is received by the Tehava Service Centre. Your returned goods will be attended to within a few days. You will receive email updates on the status of your returns. You can also view this status at any time in your personal returns overview.

On average the returns procedure is completed within five working days, unless the product requires external assessment or repair. In this case the procedure will take longer. We will notify you early on if your returned goods are being dealt with externally.

You will receive a confirmation email when your returns procedure has been completed.
